General Service Agreement

Creating a binding standard for academic excellence.

1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing the Sajilan Intelligence Engine, the Institution agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between the Institution and Sajilan Ltd regarding the use of our predictive analytics software.

2. License Grant

Sajilan grants the Institution a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for internal academic improvement.

Intellectual Property:

The "Intervention Cards," "Risk Scores," and "Predictive Algorithms" remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sajilan.

Usage Restriction:

The Institution may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the generated reports for commercial gain.

3. The "Outcome Guarantee"

(Applicable to Institutional Licenses Only)

Sajilan guarantees a measurable reduction in academic failure rates (defined as sub-50% scores in core subjects) provided that:

The Institution implements >80% of the prescribed "Intervention Cards."
Data ingestion is performed weekly without gaps.

Failure to adhere to the prescribed protocols voids the outcome guarantee.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, Sajilan guarantees the secure destruction or return of all institutional data within 14 business days.
